Adopt Raven a Black - with White Labrador Retriever / Border Collie / Mixed dog

I have known Raven since he was 4 weeks old. He was found as a stray and was with his old owner for 8 of those years. Due to some health related complications from the original owner, I have been fostering him for over 3 months and am trying to find him his forever home with the right family. Raven is one of the sweetest dogs you will ever come across. He has a gentle and warm personality. He is a bit shy when you fist meet him but will warm up to you once he gets to know you. He loves to cuddle up beside you but also values his personal space. He is on the older side (8 year), so he normally wants to play with his ball or bone and be left alone. He loves to play detective and constantly sniff the ground like Scooby Doo when going for a walk. Raven has been diagnosed with OCD and currently has a tendency to lick his rear left leg. He is currently not on any medications but may need to be in order to get the licking under control. Will you consider take him in and be his forever home?
