Please meet adoptable Tibbs!As you can probably guess from his name, Tibbs was found as a stray on Tibbs road here in Haywood County. He is yet another pup whose owners never attempted to claim him, and now that his stray hold is up, this guy is ready to find a forever home!It is a mystery how Tibbs would've become separated from his previous owners in the first place. He is an INCREDIBLY loyal dog who never likes to leave your side. He even gives hugs! Tibbs loves people of all shapes, sizes and varieties. While some dogs are easily excitable and may be jumping all over the place all the time, Tibbs is laid back and just wants to be close to you. We could see him lounging on the couch with you while you binge watch your favorite Netflix show. Due to his sweet nature and gentle disposition, we could see him making an excellent therapy dog or emotional support animal as he LOVES socializing and could bring a smile to even the saddest of faces. He is also a great match for children or elderly. A home with other dogs would be no issue for Tibbs as he gets along with every dog that we've ever introduced him to. Tibbs leads relatively well on a lead, and is motivated to learn anything you may wish to train him. PLEASE consider coming and meeting this guy, you won't leave without him! Tibbs is about two years old and 70 pounds at this time. He has been treated for internal/external parasites, vaccinated and has tested NEGATIVE for heartworm disease in shelter.
